BEST OF LUCK TO JOHN GORDON AT THE WORLD BARISTA CHAMPIONSHIPS
John Gordon is he winner of the 2011 UK Barista Championship and representative of London’s Square Mile coffee roasters. At present, John is over in Bogota, Columbia; gearing up to give his performance at the 2011 World Barista Championships. Needless to say, we wish John all the best and above you catch watch a video introducing him and his path to where he is now (coffee geeks should look out for some well known faces in the UK coffee scene.)
We at 6/8 count John as a friend of ours, having installed our Synesso espresso machine, given Craig an intensive (and mind boggling) course on the machine at the Square Mile roastery and also for just all the extra advice he has given us…as well as just being one of the nicest chaps you are ever likely to meet.
